Drink in the Box is designed to be leak and squirt proof when the lid is closed. When the lid is open, both the straw and the small air intake hole are open, the valves assist to reduce dribbles. Make sure you hear a click when closing, to confirm it is locked and will not leak. Check to see the seal is mounted correctly, that the seal fins not warped, cut, or twisted, to keep it watertight. Any concerns about the seals, just contact us for support. Drink in the Box is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects.

Age 3 years to 93+. (no kidding, it’s great for the “more mature crowd”, as it helps those with reduced mobility)

The top of Drink in the Box is designed to fit tightly with the waterproof silicone seal. To open, just press the latch at the back of the lid (while closed, not in the open position) and gently wiggle back and forth, while pulling up. The top will come off.

Open the cap, so the silicone straw is up. Then locate the lid lock tabs into either of the holes in the side of the vessel, the lid can go either way on the vessel. Pinch the straw and press the lid on slowly, until it clicks fully on the vessel. Pinching the straw while pressing the lid on allows air pressure to exit the air hole and avoids liquid exiting the straw.

Drink in the Box is made from Tritan^TM, which is OK to put on the TOP SHELF of the dishwasher. As the heating coil in the bottom of most dishwashers gets VERY HOT, it can melt plastic if placed on the bottom shelf. That would not be covered under warranty.

Drink in the Box is not to be cleaned in glass baby bottle steam cleaners, as they are exceptionally hot, and it will distort the shape of your DIB and warp it. This may also happen in dishwashers with very hot sanitizing cycles.

Sure, in a cold fridge, it stores well. We do NOT recommend you leave any juice residue in a Drink in the Box out of the fridge, as the sugar in juice, bacteria floating in the air and warm temperatures can be a way to promote mold to grow. We strongly recommend you wash your Drink in the Box daily, after each use, to keep it clean, and ready to go! Allow parts to dry completely before storing.

We do not recommend you put Drink in the Box in the freezer. Liquids expand in the freezer and can damage Drink in the Box or distort the shape causing it to leak as it defrosts. Also, if the contents are frozen, the straw will not fit!

You may purchase our Replacement Parts Kit for Drink in the Box, which will give you 5 more straws, a new spout, a new seal, to keep your Drink in the Box in working order!

Easy, and it is FUN to do! Just dilute the Juice in your child’s drink with water, and you will reduce sugar. Keep increasing the water percentage until you are just using water and some fresh sliced fruit, or berries, and they have a fun snack when the water is done!

Yes, this will work, but we make Scribble on the Box which will let your child draw with 4 dry-erase crayons, and wipe them off when they like. Scribble has 8 vinyl labels which will last even in the dishwasher for weeks of washes each!

Many parents put 4 or 6 Drink in the Box in the fridge with water and berries, so there is always a fun, healthy drink ready to grab and go!

Yes. Use them as loot bag treats after the kids drink from them during the party!

Yes. Drink in the Box is made from BPA, BPS and Phthalates free material called Tritan™. This is a premiere, American-made material used heavily by quality housewares companies and medical products industry. Tritan™ is durable, dishwasher safe (top shelf only), and will not leach any chemicals into the liquids you and your family drink.

We have a three-year limited warranty on any manufacturer’s defects. We do not warranty damage caused by overheating in a dishwasher (you must use the top shelf only), using children sterilizers, or misuse or abuse.

Snack in the Box is designed for your dry snacks like berries, nuts, crackers, and all that good stuff you can buy in bulk to nibble on.  Its sister product, Drink in the Box, is made for your drinks.  The lids on Snack in the Box close tight, but is not meant to be waterproof.

Snack in the Box is recommended for ages 3 years and up.

Easy: just pull the top off, remove the silicone seal, pull the sleeve and vessel apart. Place on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand wash. Dry all parts completely before storing.

It may do so a bit, but the sleeve is designed to keep the outside at a comfortable temperature to hold while the vessel is filled with hot drinks.

No. Kafé in the Box is designed to replace disposable cups, with the convenience of a splash proof lid. When filled it must be kept upright.

Yes. Many have services that allow customers to reduce waste by bringing their own cup. Check with our local stores to see their policy. Kafé in the Box is sized the same as most shops medium and large volume of 12oz and 16oz.

Yes. We recommend removing the lid, and do not microwave for more than 1 minute. Caution handling after microwaving Kafé in the Box, as it and your liquid may be hot.
