Order Terms and Return Policy
- All orders are received and processed at our office in Oakville, Ontario only.
- Your order will be shipped from either our St. Catharines, Ontario warehouse for Canadian orders, or our Nashville, TN warehouse for US orders.
- Orders are processed and shipped normally within 3 business days, and so arrival at your location depends on your distance from the warehouse.
- Canadian orders are normally shipped Canada Purolator courier.
- US orders are shipped via USPS.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $60, except Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please add $10 for those orders.

Returns from other retailers/Ecomm Sites:
This return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made on our Precidio web sites: Drinkinthebox.com, Multiflasking.com. If you purchased a Precidio product at a retail store, or from another online site, and are interested in returning it, please contact the original store or site directly, as we cannot accept their return.
Precidio is dedicated to providing you quality products and a great experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may call us for a refund or exchange, within 7 days of its receipt. Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition for full credit, and be sent with all accessories and packaging. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defect.
Precidio Design Limited 2 Year Warranty Terms:
If you have a problem with your Precidio product and would like support, please contact us at: email@example.com. We have a 2 year limited parts warranty, and will replace the affected part or parts, on at our discretion. To qualify, the item must not have abused or misused. We do not warranty Drink in the Box or Snack in the Box from damaged resulting from exposure to excessive heat, such as the bottom rack of a dishwasher, where the heating coil gets too hot for most plastic products, or sterilizers. DO NOT USE STERILIZERS OR MICROWAVES as they will damage your item.
Precidio will replace your item free of charge for the item, with a flat fee of $8.99 for shipping costs. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damage to qualify. Please email us for more information. This warranty is limited to US and Canada addresses.
We do not accept returns of used products unless they are defective. Products which show signs of damage from misuse, abuse, excessive heat resulted stress (from using a bottom rack on a dishwasher which gets very hot, or a sterlizer), or in the case of Multi Flask – has broken glass are not considered defective are not eligible for refund or exchange. Multi Flask (Glass) insert is still made of glass, and will break if hit hard enough, or if a cleaning brush is forced into the opening, and this damage is not covered under our warranty.
- Drink in the Box, Snack in the Box, Pure Safe-Shell and Multi Flask should not be filled, closed and put into the freezer, as frozen liquids expand and can crack these containers.
- Drink in the Box and Snack in the Box should NOT be placed in the bottom rack of a dishwasher, and will last longest if simply hand washed.

While we pack our shipment with great care, but sometimes the outer package may become damaged in transit. If your package is received with visible damage, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT UNTIL YOU OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK ITS CONTENTS. Shipping damage is to be refused and the carrier will pay for the damage.
ALL REQUESTS FOR CLAIMS ON DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT by contacting (905) 412-0156 ext. 16. Precidio will review your order with you, and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA), to approve you returning your shipment. Write this RMA number on the outside of your parcel before shipping to us. We are sorry, but we cannot accept any Return Shipments without a visible RMA on the exterior of the package.
If we accidentally ship you the wrong item, no problem – just let us know within 7 days and we will happily exchange it, and provide an RMA number to return the incorrect parcel. Call (905) 412-0156 ext. 16 for assistance.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these to the Terms and Conditions, this Website, or any products or services sold or distributed by or through this Website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to the Terms and Conditions. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
